Refund policy

If you decide your piece isn't quite right, you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).

To ensure a successful return, please make sure that:

  • Your piece is in as-new condition.
  • You have the original packaging on hand, unused & with tags.
  • You have a receipt or proof of purchase.

To ask for a return:

  • Contact us with a Return request
  • We’ll send you a shipping label & instructions on how and where to send it.
  • If your item is complying with the conditions above, we will email and issue your refund.

Please note that items that are sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make things right for you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns of gift cards or on final sale items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have following the return instructions above. Once the item is returned, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once we receive the returned item and inspect its compliance with the return conditions, we will notify you about the refund approval by email. then, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the amount to your account.
