What materials are Papilla cookware made from?
Papilla cookware is crafted from premium materials designed for durability and even heat distribution. Our products feature high-quality stainless steel, non-stick coatings, and ergonomic handles built to last.
Is Papilla cookware safe to use?
Yes. All Papilla cookware is free from PFOA, PFAS, lead, and cadmium. Our non-stick coatings are food-safe and rigorously tested to meet international safety standards.
Is Papilla cookware oven-safe?
Products with removable handles, such as the Motto series, can be used in the oven. Cookware with Bakelite handles cannot be used in the oven.
Is Papilla cookware compatible with induction stovetops?
Yes! Our cookware is compatible with all stovetop types, including induction, gas, electric, and ceramic.
Care & Maintenance
How do I clean my Papilla cookware?
We recommend hand washing with warm soapy water and a soft sponge to preserve the non-stick coating. Avoid abrasive scrubbers or steel wool. Some pieces are dishwasher-safe — check the product label to confirm.
Can I use metal utensils with Papilla cookware?
To protect the non-stick surface, we recommend using wooden, silicone, or nylon utensils. Metal utensils can scratch and degrade the coating over time.
How do I store my cookware?
Stack pots and pans with a soft cloth or pan protector between them to prevent scratching. Hang lids separately or store upright in a rack when possible.
Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States. We're working on expanding internationally — stay tuned for updates!
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us at support@papillacookware.com as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. If you're not fully satisfied, reach out to our team to initiate a return.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes! Papilla cookware comes with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage from misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
How do I start a warranty claim?
Email us at support@papillacookware.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product. Our team will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days.
